Peterborough leads when it comes to business population growth

According to this article, Peterborough is leading when it comes to the Uk's business population growth with 3.78 per cent increase. This is based on results submitted by Royal Mail's Business Barometer.
This Business Barometer is a detailed analysis of active businesses within teh UK. It also looks like Northern towns and cities are doing really well, with eleven of them appearing in the table of top twenty growth areas between April and September 2006.
This impressive performance saw Peterborough move up from 29th to take the top position in teh latest league table.
