I read an interesting article today which for a change, gave positive news in relation to a local business called Sundays in Peterborough. The great news is that they are looking to expand their Traditional Roast restaurant and takeaway to Lincoln and Northampton.

This is the type of business news we need to be hearing more and more at a time when things seem to be turning round the corner.

It goes on to say that the owner is very upbeat about his potential ventures which is exactly the type of vibe I like to hear.
